Great Gulf Coast Arts Festival Sponsorship – November 1-3 

Gulf Winds proudly sponsored this long-standing and vibrant festival in Downtown Pensacola. Our team volunteered while the community enjoyed talented artists, music, culture, food, and more. We were honored to have our President and CEO, Daniel Souers, present the Best of Show Award to Van Doan. 

OneBlood Partnership – November 8

We partnered with OneBlood at our Milton branch to save lives in the community!

Financial Workshop – November 13

We partnered with the University of West Florida’s Louis Maygarden Center for Financial Literacy to host a workshop, All About Credit. Our Member Advocate Expert, Daniel Arney spoke to the community about the importance of credit and how to manage it.

Taste of Monroeville Sponsorship – November 14

We sponsored Taste of Monroeville, where proceeds went to Pilots for Christ, a service at the Monroeville airport that provides flights for ill patients. Our team had a great time raising money for a great cause!

Camille Place and Drexell & Honeybees – November 20

On November 20 we donated $1,500 to Camille Place in Monroeville, Alabama to support the group home for young girls and provide them with the resources they need. 

That same day we donated $1,500 to Drexell & Honeybee’s, a donation-only restaurant in Brewton, Alabama to help provide meals for our community.

The Executive Leadership Team Volunteered at Manna – November 21

Our executive leadership team stepped out of the office and into Manna's warehouse to sort through food donations. They had a great time combating hunger!

Fill the Mayflower Volunteering – November 22

Our team members joined Manna in filling the Mayflower at their 17th Annual Fill the Mayflower.

Donating $20,000 to Manna Food Pantries – November 22

On Friday, November 22, we donated $20,000 to Manna Food Pantries during their annual Fill the Mayflower Event, one of the area’s largest food and donation drives of the year. This donation marked another chapter in our more than two-decade-long commitment to supporting Manna.

Sponsoring Miracle on Palafox – November 24

We closed out the month strong in support of Miracle on Palafox. For 10 years, this concert has brought our community together, ensuring local children wake up to a gift under their tree. This year, Gulf Winds underwrote the event and ensured every dollar raised went to the United Way of West Florida.
